4. Size and Fit

Ripper Babes products are designed with an oversized fit. Oversized T-shirts may fit differently depending on your height, body shape, styling preference, and usual size.

Ripper Babes will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or wrong delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer details.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Ripper Babes

Placing an order does not always guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:

1. Product is out of stock.

2. Payment was not successful.

3. Pricing or listing error occurred.

4. Customer details are incomplete or incorrect.

5. Delivery location is not serviceable.

In such cases, if payment has been received, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

You can request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours after successful order confirmation, unless there is a delay due to stock, operational issues, courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or other unavoidable reasons.

Estimated delivery time is generally 5-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

12. Failed Delivery and RTO

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be marked as failed delivery or returned to origin.

In such cases, additional shipping charges, re-shipping charges, or deductions may apply depending on the situation.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information and being available to receive the order.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

14. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
