We usually ship your order within 24 HRS. Once shipped, it takes 3-4 business days to reach you depending on where you are. We’ll keep you updated with tracking at every step so you’re not left wondering.
Chill, this happens sometimes. The amount is automatically refunded to your account — usually within 5-10 business days.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. If you're in India we also support EMI options on most cards.

This sometimes happens due to bank glitches. The amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Yes! We support EMI on most credit cards (3, 6, 9, 12 months options where available). Just select EMI at checkout and choose your preferred plan.
Yes. We accept payments from almost every country. Your bank or card provider will handle the currency conversion.
We usually pack and ship your order within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on where you are.
Shipping is FREE across all parts of India. Currently we do not accept COD.
Yes. We currently ship to Australia and most other countries. Just add your address at checkout and the shipping cost + estimated delivery time will show up automatically.

Sometimes delays happen because of customs (international) or heavy festival periods. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days after shipping, just reply to your order confirmation email.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Limited edition drops are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not available on limited edition tees, except if you received the wrong size.
No. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Log into your account → My Orders. Select the item and click Return / Exchange. Choose your reason and submit the request.
If it's our mistake (defective item or wrong size sent by us) → We pay the return shipping. If it's a size/style change (your choice) → You pay the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once we start packing or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

Select a reason and confirm.
We’ll process the cancellation immediately and send you a confirmation.
If your order is already on the way, we can’t cancel it. You’ll have to wait for delivery and then use our 7-day return/exchange policy (subject to the rules mentioned in Returns & Exchange).
For prepaid orders, the refund is processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. It may take your wallet a few extra days to reflect the amount.
No cancellation fees if you cancel before shipping. We keep it simple.
