Refund policy

At Ripper Babes, we want every order to feel worth it from the moment it reaches you. We carefully check and pack our products before shipping, but if something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our refund, return, and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests raised after 3 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Please mention your order number, registered phone number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos or videos of the product.

2. When Can You Request a Return or Refund?

You can request a return or refund if:

1. The product received is damaged.

2. The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. You received the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong colour.

4. The print or product is significantly different from what was shown on the website.

5. The size does not fit, and the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

6. There is any genuine quality issue with the product.

For damaged, defective, or wrong product cases, we may ask for clear photos or an opening/unboxing video to verify the issue.

3. Product Condition Required for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

1. Unused and unworn.

2. Unwashed.

3. Free from perfume, deodorant, sweat marks, makeup stains, pet hair, or any visible signs of use.

4. Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging wherever possible.

5. In the same condition as received.

If the product is used, washed, damaged by the customer, stained, altered, or returned without proper verification, the return or refund may be rejected.

4. Size Issues and Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or the size does not fit, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size is not available, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available product option after checking the case.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order to avoid size-related issues.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged product, wrong item, wrong size sent by us, or a verified quality issue, Ripper Babes will handle the reverse pickup or guide you with the return process.

If the return or exchange is due to size preference, fit preference, colour preference, or change of mind, the reverse shipping cost may need to be borne by the customer.

Reverse pickup availability may depend on your delivery location. If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be asked to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier partner.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.

If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be approved and processed within 1-2 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. After we process the refund, the final credit timeline may depend on your bank, UPI provider, card provider, or payment gateway.

In most cases, the refund may reflect within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on the payment provider.

7. Refund Amount

If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be based on the final amount paid by the customer after discounts, offers, coupons, or gift cards.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product sent by Ripper Babes.

8. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

1. Return request raised after 3 days of delivery.

2. Product has been used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered.

3. Product does not have original tags or packaging, wherever applicable.

4. Product has perfume, sweat marks, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair.

5. Customer selected the wrong product, colour, or size and the item is not in returnable condition.

6. Minor colour differences caused by lighting, screen settings, or photography.

7. Minor measurement variation due to fabric nature and manual measurement.

8. Free gifts, giveaway items, or promotional items unless received damaged.

9. Final sale or clearance products, if clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please share:

1. Order number.

2. Clear photos of the product.

3. Photos of the packaging.

4. Opening/unboxing video, if available.

5. A short explanation of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

10. Order Cancellation

You can request order cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you can request a return after delivery as per this policy.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

11. Exchanges

Exchange requests are allowed within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Only one exchange may be allowed per order unless the issue is due to an error from our side.

If the replacement product has a price difference, the customer may need to pay the difference before dispatch.

12. Quality Check

All returned products go through a quality check after reaching us.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy, we may reject the return or exchange request.

In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.
