1. Prepaid Orders Only

Ripper Babes currently accepts prepaid orders only.

This means your order will be confirmed and processed only after successful online payment through the available payment options at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery, and COD requests cannot be accepted after placing the order.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website.

You do not need to pay any extra delivery fee at checkout unless specifically mentioned during a special case, such as reshipping after a failed delivery attempt caused by incorrect address details or non-availability at the delivery location.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch Timeline

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, we usually process and ship your order within 24 to 48 hours.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during heavy sale periods may take slightly longer to process, but we always try to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, most orders are expected to arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location, courier availability, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, remote pin codes, or unexpected logistics issues. While we try our best to keep deliveries smooth, courier-related delays may sometimes be outside our direct control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact details provided at checkout, wherever courier tracking is available.

Please make sure your phone number, email address, and shipping address are correct while placing the order, because incorrect details may lead to delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete contact details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable, the package may be returned to us by the courier partner. In such cases, reshipping may be arranged after confirmation, and additional charges may apply if required.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product Concern

Once your order is delivered, please check the package and product carefully within 24 hours of delivery.

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, or face any issue with the delivered item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please share your order details along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue properly.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted for damaged, wrong, or missing product claims.

8. Return and Exchange Related Issues

Shipping-related concerns such as damaged items, wrong items, or incorrect delivery must be reported within the 24-hour window mentioned above.
